We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to lead and grow high-performing multidisciplinary teams within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, embedded systems, customer applications, and market dynamics, while driving business growth through strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This role requires close collaboration with customers, partners, and global cross-functional teams to translate market insights into product and business success. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Build, lead, and develop the India product management and business operations teams.  Coach Product Managers in customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and outcome ownership.  Ensure each product has clear target users, customer problems, value propositions, success measures, and evidence-based priorities.  Establish effective portfolio planning, budgeting, capacity management, risk management, and reporting.  Provide senior leadership with concise, decision-ready portfolio reviews based on customer, product, and business evidence.  Create a strong operating model between India and global teams, with clear ownership, decision rights, communication, and escalation paths.  Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, legal, IT, and customer-facing stakeholders.  Hire strong talent and build an inclusive culture based on coaching, trust, accountability, and high standards.  Demonstrate strong product judgement, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and experience working across cultures and time zones. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Proven people leader with experience building, managing, and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.  Strong semiconductor industry background and a solid understanding of its customers, value chain, markets, and competitive dynamics.  Deep familiarity with embedded systems, including microcontrollers, software tools, development workflows, and customer applications.  First-hand understanding of customer needs across evaluation, development, integration, and product launch.  Strong industry network and experience working with customers, partners, sales, marketing, engineering, and other global stakeholders.  Able to translate customer and market insight into clear priorities, team focus, and business decisions.  Strong operational discipline, including planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and management reporting.  Experienced in leading across cultures, locations, and time zones, ideally in an India–Europe environment.  Clear communicator who can influence without authority, resolve conflict, and escalate important decisions early. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
