Air Liquide Bulgaria has been on the domestic market since 1999 and is a countrywide recognised gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food industry, large industries, healthcare and environment. Air Liquide Bulgaria has a team of 95 employees serving industrial customers.


 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

The mission is to implement and continuously improve safety and reliability processes for the Subsidiary in accordance with the Group documents and / or corresponding Subsidiary's procedures and to consolidate the Subsidiary Management Systems, according to ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000).


 

1. Promotes Integrated Management System within the organization

  • Administrates the integrated management system in line with ISO standards

  • Administrates and manages the documentation system database

  • Ensures documents / SOP are up to date by organizing the revision according to internal practices

  • Supports management system training programs

  • Continuously promotes Quality and Safety in coordination with Specialists, Managers, operators, and encourage employees involvement

  • Supports operating management in the procedures implementation progress and facilitates resolution of management system inconsistencies or problems

  • Participates in the assessment of the Subsidiary gaps with new group documents and technical standards, with HSEQ Director, IMS Manager and Operations Managers

2. Follows implementation progress

  • Prepares and organise Quality Systems review meetings at Subsidiary level with the HSEQ Director;

  • Writing monthly Quality Systems and HSE Performance status reports to HSEQ Director

  • Conducts regular safety inspections of all AL sites and identifies, evaluates, and documents potential hazards and risks. Follow-up on the established action plans and control measures.

3. HSE and continuous improvement in the entity

  • Participates in procedures development

  • Reviews, analyzes, reports group procedure metrics and KPI

  • Participates to audits, inspections on safety procedures implementation and plans deployment

  • Suggests improvement actions

  • Participate to the internal and external audits program

  • Follow up Action Plans coming from unsafe events, internal and external audits

  • Checks each SDS for compliance with local legislation

  • Performs or supervises outsourced regulatory monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance with changing laws and standards.


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

Engineering, technical degree, degree in safety, industrial hygiene or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 standards 

Preferably 1 year of experience in Quality and HSE. Management systems and/or C-IMP awareness is a plus.

                         

Hard skills:

  • Fluency in the official language(s) of the branch. English is an advantage.

  • Creating clear verbal and written communication in a logical manner

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the year.

  • Understanding of management systems requirements/ familiarity with relevant quality and safety standards, such as ISO 9001.

  • The ability to interpret quality data, perform statistical process control, and use data to support risk-based decision-making.

  • Ability to work well in a digital and mobile environment.

  •  Analyze accurately trends, problems and cause-effects relationship;

  • Acting as a role model in safety, promoting a safe behaviour; 

  • Promoting and supporting actions towards Safety, Health and environment protection; 

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (formerly known as Google Suite)
