•    Preparing and conducting demos along with Sales (mainly remote)
•    Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer or prospect.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Preparing and conducting demos along with Sales (mainly remote)
•    Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex business problems
•    Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer or prospect.
•    Understand customer needs, translate them into ORDERWISE
•    Configuring & setting solutions based on customer requirements
•    Involved in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals 
•    Involved in tender requirements and submission (sometimes)
•    Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development, provide input to new product development, receive output from product development
•    Act as a liaison with Professional Services to describe the solution sold (Sales Handover)
•    Conduct customer or prospect webinars.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

•    Strong communicator with good customer facing skills, able to interact effectively at all levels within customer organisations.
•    Strong ability to listen and empathy.
•    Some industry specific knowledge e.g. Supply Chain, Stock Centric Solution, Distribution, etc
•    Documented experience of giving customer presentations
•    Knowledge of business process and practices in the requisite functional area.
•    The ability to think creatively about business processes, map customer practices onto ORDERWISE, and to deliver effective solutions.
•    The ability to work to deadlines, understanding the value and importance of milestone achievement.
•    Ability to react quickly and to be dynamic.
