The Threat Management Program Manager is responsible for leading and owning the strategy for the Threat Management and Insider Threat Intelligence Program, encompassing preparedness, prevention, mitigation, and recovery. Leverages advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to proactively identify and manage risks in a global environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Sets and enforces enterprise policies regarding workplace violence and insider threats.
- Continuously updates protocols to align with industry best practices, global government requirements, and emerging AI-driven security standards.
- Spearheads the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ML) tools to enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Leverages predictive analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to identify early indicators of concerning behavior across communication platforms and physical security systems.
- Partners with IT Security and Cyber Intelligence to lead the enterprise Insider Threat Program.
- Utilizes User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) to detect anomalies, unauthorized data exfiltration, or malicious internal activity.
- Serves as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for threat assessments.
- Leads investigations into potential workplace violence and insider risks, utilizing digital forensics and behavioral analysis to mitigate threats before escalation.
- Partners with Cyber Security, Regional Security, Human Resources, Legal, and Management to provide a holistic 360-degree view of organizational risk.
- Conducts AI-assisted after-action reviews and case studies.
- Creates and documents automated standards and real-time dashboards for measuring program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversees global training programs focused on reporting threats and emergency response.
- Implements adaptive learning modules and awareness campaigns tailored to evolving digital and physical threat landscapes.
- Researches and prepares detailed threat assessments and automated metric reports for senior leadership, focusing on emerging global security trends and technological vulnerabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in criminal justice, forensic psychology, data science, or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a major law enforcement, intelligence, or private sector security organization.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Proven track record in managing Insider Threat Intelligence and leveraging AI/Security Technology for risk mitigation strongly preferred.
- Certified Threat Manager (CTM), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) preferred.
