This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused leader with experience managing teams, customer relationships, and full branch operations. The roleReporting to the Area Manager or Regional Vice President, you will take overall responsibility for branch operations, ensuring high standards of safety, customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.Key responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day branch operations to achieve safety, performance, and profitability targets.Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and develop existing customer relationships.Managing the branch P&L and contributing to business planning.Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team.Monitoring key performance indicators, including revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Working closely with HR, Finance, Safety, and Compliance teams.Ensuring compliance with relevant DOT, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.Building a service-led culture focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. About youThe successful candidate will have:At least 5 years’ experience in business, branch, or operational management.A proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering against performance targets.Strong experience hiring, training, motivating, and developing employees.A degree or equivalent operational leadership experience within construction, industrial services, or a related sector.A sound understanding of business planning and accounting principles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.A full, valid driving licence.Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and wider safety regulations, which would be advantageous.
