Description
What Program and Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Enterprise, Strategy, Planning and Execution is responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, and evaluating programs that involve working with external entities and their corresponding resources as well as with the company's internal resources. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in project management or transitioning processes to shared services locations. required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including leading governance meetings, executive updates, and workshops.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making.
- Experience developing transition governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
- Experience establishing and tracking transition success metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and operational performance measures.
- Amenable to working in US Hours 8AM to 5PM EST
Open to internal employees who have been in P2/M1/P3 level for a minimum of 1 year.
Involvement in transitions/launches/projects is a requirement for internal candidates.
