About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.
Bill Reconciliation, Receivables and Exception Management: Review logistics costs, insurance premiums, and other bills, identify and resolve data discrepancies, monitor accounts receivable ageing and payment progress, and support collection activities to reduce overdue balances and bad debt risk while improving settlement efficiency.
Process Optimisation, System Enhancement and Automation: Analyse pain points across settlement and receivables processes, propose and drive system improvement requirements, and support the design and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual intervention, improve accuracy and efficiency, and enable business scalability.
Risk Control, Compliance and Financial Governance: Monitor contract terms, settlement documents, payment records, and fund flows, identify financial and compliance risks, analyse causes of bad debt and recurring exceptions, and develop preventive and corrective measures in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Business Support: Work closely with business, finance, operations, and technical teams to resolve settlement bottlenecks, coordinate resources, provide financial guidance, training, and data support, and promote effective implementation of financial policies and processes.
Data Analysis, Reporting and Decision Support: Prepare regular settlement, receivables, and risk analysis reports, use data analysis and modelling to identify operational risks and optimisation opportunities, provide insights to management, and support business planning, strategy adjustment, and financial performance improvement.
About You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify financial discrepancies, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems, automation tools, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent English is required; Chinese language skills are preferred.
