Process Owner Delegate Support for all Test Means processes. (m/f)

That’s perfect timing: an opportunity has arisen in the Flight and Integration Test Centre in Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse as Process owner delegate support for all test means (Ground / Flight / Components).

You will join our team (Test Means Transverse Operations), accountable for coordinating and steering all strategic transverse activities, including the Financial and costing activities, Methods & Tools (Process) and Safety end to end process  in close cooperation with others sub- domains.

You will therefore play a key role in our strategy, contributing in particular to define the Business Process for the end to end Test Means processes.

Your main mission will be to support the Process Owner Delegate for all processes and take operational decisions with tangible benefits to help the operationals to have clear ways of working and associated deliverables. 

In your role of  Process Owner Delegate  Support for all Test means , you will be accountable for:

• Align and define with relevant stakeholders the ways of working
• Be the Process owner delegate back-up.
• Define and manage the Process 
• Cascade and answer requirements for each process in dedicated tool
• Manage budget for processes 
• Manage subcontractors and monitor their deliverables 
• Be the focal point with quality 
• Be the first focal point with operationals for question on Processes
• Prepare and animate  the quarterly  Process Management Team  reviews 
• Animates improvement process workshops.
• Apply the Road map:
• Prepares audits.

The key of success will be to:

• Guarantee successful  operational deployment of the  Process through a strong  

Operational Representative  network. 

• Drive continuous improvement of  the Process performance, demonstrating tangible contributions to Company objectives. 
• Simplify continuously process  referentials (architecture, interfaces, documentation, IT  Tools, roles and skills,, etc.). 
• Ensure change management  activities are performed, including  process deployment.  communications, and training. 

The people you will work with:

• Process Operational Managers: to provide operational feedback and  support process deployment 
• Process Quality Manager: in order to support Process maturity on  Quality-related aspects
• Process operators to ensure a constant communication  for decision making  

 Boarding Pass:

• Demonstrate the capability to lead a team through a transversal process approach (France, UK, Germany).
• Manage a wide range of stakeholders in a transnational environment.
• Have a good understanding of the overall test means business, challenging and simplifying long-standing habits.
• Provide direction, apply structured project methodology, and define a clear roadmap.
• Manage suppliers as part of the mission.
• An advanced level of English is strictly required.

Regular travel will be necessary (approximately every 3 months) to the UK and Germany.
