Physician - Geriatric Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Part-Time
- 20 to 24 Hours per Week

- No Weekends

COMPENSATION:
- $100+ per Hour, negotiable based on experience
- Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage
- License Renewal Fees Paid
- Retirement Plan w/ 3% Match

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2013 and currently employs an interdisciplinary team of physicians, behavioral health professionals, and nutrition professionals, along with a robust support staff. The practice provides a full scope of internal medicine and geriatric primary care services in a variety of settings and locations.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a geriatric primary care role, taking care out to patients in assisted living facilities (ALFs) and other long-term care settings.
The physician will be scheduled at one (1) building per day and will see 8 to 12 patients per day.
The clinical duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- evaluation and management of geriatric patients
- chronic disease management
- annual check-ups
- minor illness care
The practice uses the Office Ally EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Virginia medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, relevant field
