Description
Position Summary
This position serves as a key point of contact for site operations and safety execution. Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse/site location.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, Product and Environmental company standards.
Coordinate receiving, storage, handling and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment via company-owned fleet or third-party carriers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure cycle counts are performed to maintain accuracy per SCM standards
Coordinate Sourcing activities with Sourcing Manager
Maintain SCM order entry standards
Working Experience and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree a plus
Minimum 5 years experience in Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain or Logistics
2-3 years in a leadership or management role
Competencies and Skills required
Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite a plus)
Strong Interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt rapidly to changes in work environment

Pay: $55,000-$60,000 annual salary
