Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original influencer marketing and digital content across various social media platforms.

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand, campaign, and product objectives.
• Identify and vet potential influencers & partners based on relevance, audience, performance history, and engagement.
• Manage influencer & partner outreach, negotiations, contracts, and relationships.
• Coordinate content timelines, deliverables, and approvals with influencers, partners, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on projects to align campaign messaging, deliverables, and goals.
• Monitor, track, and share campaign performance and data-driven insights to analyze ROI and optimize future efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date influencer databases and reporting dashboards.
• Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and digital media.
• Ideate, manage, and attend on-ground influencer marketing events, activations, and shoots as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Influencer Marketing & Management experience
• ⁠Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns
• ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their influencer ecosystems
• Must have familiarity with content creation and content strategy
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus
• ⁠Understanding of paid media and how influencer content can be leveraged in performance campaigns is a plus
