Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst responsible for benefits operations, enrolments processing, participant/client support, data accuracy, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, HSA, EOI and Client specific Managed process reporting.
- Process and validate benefit enrolments, life event changes, terminations, and dependent updates.
- Manage participant inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues within established service levels.
- Review and maintain employee eligibility records and benefit data in administration systems.
- Ensure accurate processing of benefit transactions and data updates.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
- Support annual enrolment activities and special benefits projects.
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
- Good understanding of US H&B Domain.
- Experience working with benefits administration platforms and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of Open enrollment processing, benefits operations, and participant support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Benefits Administration.

Education
• Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institute.
