Equipment Operator

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Equipment Operator As an Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating various equipment to effectively support operations at our MRF location.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Unloads waste from incoming trucks and operates an end loader to move waste to blending box
• Operates an excavator to transfer solidified waste from blending box to belt floor trailer and roll off boxes
• Performs general inspections and ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Provides guidance to less experience equipment operators as needed
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

- High-school diploma or equivalent (required) 

Experience

• 1+ years of experience operating related heavy equipment (required)
