Overview

Are you an experienced person working with loan histories and mortgages, reviewing and submitting bids to investors?  Do you have experience with researching loans histories, and mortgagee neglects?  Have you addressed escalated FHA inquiries?  ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry, seeks an individual with your talents and skills.  Now is the time to join our team and become a part of something big.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·        Review and submit bids to Investor or Client as needed including following up on denials

·        Research loan history and mortgage neglect

·        Address escalated loan inquiries

·        Coordinate cut bid process

·        Report damages

·        Follow company, client government agencies and local municipality rules when making decisions 

·        Address any bid denials

·        Make and receive calls to/from vendors, clients and third parties and internal departments as needed

·        Document systems accordingly

·        All other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

·        All investor/ client bid approvals,  submissions, denials and follow-ups

·        All investor/ client inquiries escalations, assistance

·        Cut Bid Management (Requesting, Follow-up, Placement)

·        Placement of loans into Conveyance condition when applicable

·        Manage Conveyance timelines and request extensions as needed

·        Perform HUD denial review

·        Research and analysis as needed 

·        Issue approved work and create work orders as appropriate in a timely manner

·        Hazard Claim follow-up

·        Damaged reporting

·        Mortgage neglect review

·        Violation follow-up

·        Utility referral/activation management

·        Respond to Client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

·        Develop partnerships with Vendors and Vendor Management

·        Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

Qualifications

.        High School diploma or equivalent required

·        Practical office experience 

·        Proven customer service/communication skills

·        Must be able to use and have computer skills; proficient in the Microsoft software products

·        Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred

·        Property Management, Construction, REO and/or Property Insurance experience preferred

·        Mortgage Servicing, Default Servicing, Portfolio Management, National Real Estate Management, and/or Pre-Foreclosure knowledge and or experience preferred

·        Contract Administration, Scope of Work/Service Line Agreement Compliance preferred
