Job description

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to lead and deliver complex SAP FICO implementations and support projects. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP FICO modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:**

* Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions.
* Configure SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling) to meet business needs.
* Perform data migration activities and support integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
* Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution quality.
* Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO issues, including incident resolution and problem management.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, Basis administrators) to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support roles.
* Proven expertise in configuring and customizing core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Internal Orders.
* Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
* Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* SAP FICO certification is a plus.
