Reports to: Concessions Supervisor
Primary Purpose:
- Responsible for receiving, storage, distribution and inventory of goods, supplies and equipment
- Cleans and maintains food service area
Responsibilities:
- Deliver stored goods, supplies and equipment to all food service areas.
- Unload goods, supplies and equipment from vendor delivery trucks and warehouse in appropriate storage areas.
- Clean and maintain food service areas as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain delivery and inventory records
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age.High school diploma or equivalent preferred. TABC certified
Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food handling position, but not required. Ability to do basic arithmetic relative to inventory value calculations.
