Procure & Supply Product Owner (d/f/m)

The ARP (Airbus Resources Planning) Program is a cornerstone of Airbus's digital transformation, optimizing industrial processes and flows globally. You will join our dynamic, international team working in Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) under the SAFe/Agile framework to drive solution delivery and business transformation. In this role, you will lead delivery for the Agile Procure and Supply MFT while driving key digital implementation across FAL Hamburg.

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of the Agile Procure and Supply MFT and manage interfaces with other MFTs inside and outside the FAL Hamburg train.

  • Enable efficient implementation of new processes and digital tools aligned with SAP standards and global end-to-end Supply Chain strategies.

  • Analyze complex operational needs through in-depth analysis and workshops with customers in a cross-functional, transnational context.

  • Collaborate closely with customers from early discovery through to hypercare following entry into service.

  • Translate complex data into clear documentation and visualizations to drive stakeholder buy-in and alignment.

  • Contribute to the elaboration of deployment strategies and method refinement for the Transformation Train.

  • Lead pioneering projects integrating emerging technologies with SAP solutions as required.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 8+ years of experience in Aerospace or complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence) with deep Procure & Supply business knowledge.

  • Proficiency in SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, EWM) and solid understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies and Project Management.

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, change management, and leadership skills in multi-functional, international settings.

  • Excellent communication and data visualization skills, with an advanced level of English (German skills and willingness to travel max. once per month are a plus).
