At Upwind, you’ll have the opportunity to think creatively, explore new ideas, and use your skills to make a meaningful impact on our growth.We are looking for a Head of Data to lead our data and BI function and drive the company’s evolution into a truly data-driven organization.This role combines building and scaling our data capabilities with driving company-wide data transformation. You’ll lead the existing BI organization, strengthen our data platform and processes, and partner with leaders across the company to embed data into decision-making, planning, and execution. What You'll DoOwn Upwind’s data strategy and roadmap, and take our existing BI capabilities to the next level.Lead and develop the BI team, including a team of data engineers and data analysts.Build a scalable, reliable data platform and improve data quality and accessibility.Raise Upwind's data governance maturity as we grow, including PII and GDPR handling.Develop a strong company-wide KPI and metrics framework.Own the org-wide analytical view. Partner with business leaders across the organization on questions no single team can answer from its own data.Build a self-serve capability so teams can answer their own questions, driving data adoption across the company.Identify gaps and opportunities, and build solutions that make a measurable business impact.Help the organization move from reporting on data to using data to make better decisions.
