As a Finance Professional – Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the cash and banking process, reconciling bank records, identifying trends to be addressed, investigating potential issues & resolving discrepancies.

As the Finance Professional – Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for:

· Performing month-end closing activities to ensure recording of journal entries and to meet business requirements.

· Reviewing bank reconciliation of Cash and Bank related accounts.

· Working with various functions to ensure all bank transactions are posted on timely basis.

· Preparing, posting and running reports to share information required for month-end reports and deadlines.

· Identifying and solving backlog issues to ensure daily tasks are completed on time.

· Working closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits.

· Collaborating with cross-function teams to provide support and guidance for financial activities.

· Supporting ad- hoc project / any other duties as required

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA.

· Have minimum 2-4 years’ experience in General Accounting/ Cash Accounting

· Experience in Shared Service will be added advantage

· Experience in SAP and Oracle will be added advantage

· Have knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures

· Havea good verbal and written communication skills

· Good attention to detail with good analytical skills.
