Job Description Summary:

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Digital Foodservice Growth will serve as the strategic lead for scalable digital marketing across Coca-Cola’s North America Foodservice business. This role will define and lead the long-term digital marketing, media, promotion, and data strategy across major delivery platforms, while also shaping broader digital growth opportunities across the foodservice ecosystem. The position will operate at the intersection of customer strategy, consumer marketing, commercial planning, media effectiveness, retail collaboration, and digital transformation. The primary focus of this role to envision and enable scalable, insight-driven, and commercially integrated growth strategies that customer teams can activate consistently across customers, partners and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the long-term digital marketing, media, promotion, and data strategy across strategic digital partners, platforms and customers
  • Develop a unified platform growth strategy that creates greater scale, operational efficiency, and simplified activation
  • Identify scalable consumer occasions, activation frameworks, and media opportunities that can be leveraged consistently
  • Build scalable digital growth frameworks that enable customer teams to activate effectively across national and regional restaurant partners
  • Identify and unlock new digital marketing and media opportunities across the broader foodservice ecosystem, including first-party customer digital experiences
  • Lead and steward emerging cross-channel growth opportunities with key strategic partners in collaboration with Retail teams
  • Partner closely with North America Marketing, Consumer & Channel Strategy, Retail, and customer leadership teams to better integrate restaurant digital opportunities into broader commercial strategies
  • Drive improved media effectiveness, audience targeting, measurement, optimization, and ROI across digital foodservice investments
  • Translate platform capabilities, consumer insights, and data into actionable commercial growth strategies
  • Influence senior external partners and internal stakeholders to align around long-term growth opportunities
  • Develop scalable playbooks, learning agendas, and best practices that can be deployed across the foodservice organization

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience across digital marketing, media, commerce, customer strategy, or platform partnerships
  • Experience leading large-scale digital or omnichannel growth strategies within CPG, retail media, foodservice, marketplace platforms, etc.
  • Strong understanding of media strategy, audience targeting, performance measurement, and digital commerce ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional organizations and operate effectively within matrixed environments
  • Experience in long-term growth strategies and scalable operating models
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience leading strategic external partnerships preferred

Pay Range:

United States of America: 193,000 USD - 224,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
