CS Representative - French Market

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support users of a global digital platform.

This is a fully remote opportunity within Greece, offering the chance to work in an international environment while supporting customers across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support
• Investigate account-related issues and reported content
• Support users with platform-related questions and concerns
• Promote community safety and help users understand platform policies
• Use available data and insights to improve the customer experience
• Provide accurate and solution-focused responses to users

Requirements

• Fluent French
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable using digital platforms and online tools
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but training is provided

Work Model

• 100% remote within Greece
• Candidates already living in Greece can work from anywhere in the country
• Candidates relocating to Greece will have their initial work-from-home setup based in Athens

Compensation

• €1,050 gross/month × 14 salaries
• Performance bonus of up to 10%

Relocation Support

For eligible candidates relocating from another EU country:

• Flight ticket within the EU
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Airport pickup
• Real estate agency fee covered
