Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday working 3rd shift, with flexibility to support all hours of operation

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $93k -$138k annually with additional bonus potential
Responsible for the training and the process of current and new employees that will assist in checking in drivers, technicians and contractors in the area
Responsible and follow up to ensure reporting is complete and submitted
Responsible and follow up to ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed based on the written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and audit requirements
Work with Department Mangers to ensure the needs of customer departments are successfully met
Provide solid analytical data and be able to present at different levels and display
Must be able to maneuver, train others through the SAP shipping and receiving process in SAP, and train others if needed on the floor operation
Responsible for interviewing and hiring
Must update and keep current all job descriptions and SOPs
Work with the business in identifying best practice
Develop and help implements sustainable processes for production and warehouse execution
Create and maintains business requirement documentation and reporting
Develop and create process workflows, additional training documentations, One Point Lessons (OPLS), skill matrix
Daily, weekly, and monthly audits and reconciliation requirements (QA, Safety, Paperwork, external audits)
Provide technical leadership, coaching, training and mentoring
Coordinate Alchemy and forklift training to ensure each employee is in compliance
Support food safety, quality, and legality
Support and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs
Manage and maintain the upkeep of all the warehouse equipment (i.e. forklifts, floor scrubbers, pallet wrappers)
Shipping, Receiving and Inventory
Understand the picking process and storage process operationally and via SAP and train toward it
Coordinate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and adheres to all corporate regulations, and department goals
Must be able execute all job responsibilities in the department
Identify process and operational gaps and executes plans to close the gaps
Manage label process, inventory, and daily counts process
Reconciliation (Open POs, PSA Inventory, Inventory Accuracy, Error Analysis, Ghost Inventory, Consumption Accuracy)
Ensure timely and effective communication with team and process owners
Responsible for all training and development of direct and indirect labor
Provide and maintain SAP End-User access requests and approvals
Support and comply with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.
Follow all company policies and procedures
Execute all other duties as assigned

Must be able to work and support nights and weekends as required.

Must be or be able to be Forklift certified within a reasonable amount of time
