About the Sales Manager - Asana:
MarketStar is looking for a Sales Manager for our Asana team. This is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry, with apps and integrations across the web and multiple operating systems.
Location: US – Remote
What will you do?
Be a results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record of driving team attainment through coaching to performance trends, deal execution, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy while maintaining accountability for both activity metrics and business outcomes
Strong people leader who creates a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement, driving consistent execution against both leading indicators and revenue goals
Naturally curious with a passion for continuously developing expertise in products, sales processes, leadership best practices, and employee development
Coach sellers through deal strategy, opportunity progression, and pipeline management to improve win rates, forecast accuracy, and attainment
Analyze performance trends and business metrics to identify coaching opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team
Lead forecasting activities, pipeline inspections, and business reviews while maintaining a high level of forecast accuracy
Adapt team strategies and priorities in response to evolving business objectives, organizational changes, and market conditions
Partner cross-functionally with client stakeholders, enablement, operations, leadership, and other teams to drive alignment and execution
Maintain a high standard of operational excellence, organization, and data hygiene across CRM systems, reporting tools, and internal processes
Other applicable duties as assigned
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Minimum one year of B2B inside sales experience; some direct sales preferred
Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
Experience leading sales teams with a demonstrated ability to coach performance trends, individual opportunities, and forecast management
Proven ability to hold teams accountable to both activity-based inputs and revenue-based outcomes
Strong change management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through evolving business priorities and organizational change
Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing priorities and workflows across multiple systems and platforms
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including frontline employees, peer leaders, client partners, and executive leadership

Compensation Range: $52,000 - $56,000 USD
The salary range for this position is between $52,000 and $56,000 USD annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component for uncapped bonus potential. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
