The Role

Talent Program Operations

  • Administer and support annual and on-going talent management projects and initiatives, including talent planning, performance management, succession planning, organizational talent reviews, assessments, digital credentials, coaching, global skills and career frameworks, talent cards, career development, and related employee development processes.
  • Coordinate initiative plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, communications, stakeholder engagement, change management activities, enablement materials, presentations, and checkpoints for talent projects and initiatives.
  • Support process execution from intake through deployment and measurement, ensuring clear ownership, handoffs, service levels, escalation paths, and operational follow-through.
  • Partner with Global Process Owners and Talent Partners to translate process design into repeatable execution, including documentation, templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, and governance routines.
  • Support career job architecture and skills-based framework by aligning job profiles, skills, experiences, career paths, and business requirements to enable customer success across Finance, Legal, Marketing, CIO, Data Science and Technical Specialist functions.
  • Anticipate execution risks, surface barriers, track decisions and action items, and help resolve operational issues so work progresses with consistency and accountability.

Governance, Process Discipline & Execution Readiness

  • Maintain operating cadences, project trackers for the work, and action plans that support predictable delivery across global talent and learning processes.
  • Prepare materials for forums, leadership reviews, talent business reviews, and functional business reviews, ensuring leadership has decision-ready information.
  • Support compliance, privacy, security, and data-handling expectations for talent processes, partnering with appropriate stakeholders when sensitive employee or talent data is involved.
  • Help define, monitor, and improve operational measures such as milestone adherence, service levels, turnaround times, change plans, stakeholder feedback, and process effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Talent Partners, Global Process Owners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Communications, Change Management, and business leaders to coordinate talent initiatives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through clear communications, presentations, stakeholder coordination, enablement planning, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a connector across Talent teams, ensuring the right stakeholders are informed, consulted, and aligned on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, SLA’s and decisions.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, improve user experience, and advance business outcomes.

Systems, Tools & Operational Enablement

  • Support the effective use of Workday, HCM platforms, reporting tools, collaboration tools, MyKyndryl knowledge articles, AI-enabled tools, and other technologies used to execute and scale talent processes.
  • Build and maintain practical resources such as playbooks, process maps, FAQ’s knowledge articles, and training materials to help stakeholders execute consistently.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and quality-check dashboards, trackers, and reports related to project plans, process execution, talent planning, global skills and career planning, assessments, digital credentials, assessments, employee development, and leadership / executive development. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for Talent leadership.
  • Deliver executive-ready presentations and summaries using data, key metrics, and business context to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Talent Insights, PWA, and Global Process Owners to improve quality, reporting consistency, execution, and visibility into talent process outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, standardize, or streamline talent management processes and reduce manual effort using Artificial Intelligence.
  • Document standard operating procedures, process maps, RACI inputs, escalations, and operational documentation to support consistency and continuity.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback, monitor adoption and effectiveness, and recommend enhancements that improve scalability, reliability, and user experience.
  • Stay current on talent management best practices, emerging technologies, AI-enabled ways of working, HR operations trends, and enterprise process improvement methods.


Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, Human Resources, People Operations, Organizational Development, Learning Operations, HR Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise talent processes such as talent planning, performance management, succession planning, assessments, digital credentials, career development, global skills and career frameworks, talent reviews, and employee development programs.
  • Experience administering or supporting talent management processes within an HRIS or Human Capital Management (HCM) platform such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, meeting follow-ups, action items, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience using Excel and reporting or visualization tools to track progress, analyze trends, and prepare leadership-ready presentations.
  • Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools, collaboration platforms, and HR technologies to improve efficiency, documentation, communications, and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, stakeholder updates, process documentation, and summaries.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional, global, and matrixed teams.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism.
