- Stay close to the work, understand customer priorities, and remove obstacles that delay field execution.
- Use clear communication and practical problem-solving to support technicians, customers, and internal partners.
- Improve every day by reviewing service results, learning from issues, and tightening processes.
- Win as one team by building trust, sharing knowledge, and aligning service, sales, and operations around shared goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, installation, commissioning, service, or troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with controller programming, sensor and actuator calibration, and onsite system verification.
- Working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
- Experience commissioning HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and VAV systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, service documentation, and handover records accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to coordinate technicians, customers, consultants, and contractors in a field service environment.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 2-3 years of team handling or supervisory experience.
- Experience mentoring service engineers or technicians in the field.
- Exposure to bid and estimate review, workforce planning, or performance review activities.
- PLC or SCADA knowledge.
- Experience with third-party software integration and system handover documentation.
