Lead Field Application Engineering

## What you’ll do:

• Provide customer-facing technical support and work closely with sales
• Bridge customer requirements with multiple factories, internal engineering team, R&D and marketing product teams
• Engage customers to understand needs and position solutions
• Deliver system design, product selection presentations, and solution proposals
• Assist in on-site troubleshooting, integration, and early-stage project execution
• Support for company and sales promotion activities, eg. Exhibition, industrial conference, and etc.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in power/energy industry
• Hands-on experience in system integration or technical support preferred
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Solid technical understanding with solution mindset
