We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our concierge primary care, wellness, and aesthetic practice in McMurray, PA.

What You'll Do
- Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
- Assist with vaccinations, wellness injections, IV preparation, and other services within scope
- Coordinate labs, records, and patient follow-up
- Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms
- Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out when needed
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Educate patients on available services
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized patient experience
- Primary care experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years of clinical/medical office experience preferred and experience in aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, or dermatology is a plus
- Medical Assistant program graduate preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$27/hour, depending on experience
- Part-time with some Saturday availability preferred
