HD Air, a growing HVAC and Plumbing company located in Springfield, MA, is expanding and looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently
• Review and optimize technician routes to maximize productivity
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately enter and maintain service ticket information
• Create dispatch numbers for parts orders and service work
• Track and follow up on parts orders
• Schedule appointments for parts installations and return visits
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments
• Help ensure all service calls are completed efficiently and professionally

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office and/or customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience
• Experience with scheduling, routing, or customer management software
