Part-Time Aviation Protection Officer

Please note: Due to operational requirements, applicants must currently reside in Kalgoorlie. This role is not suitable for Student Visa holders or Working Holiday Visa holders and requires a minimum 12-month commitment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Aviation Protection Officer, you will:

• Conduct aviation security screening in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor access control points and restricted areas
• Screen passengers, baggage, and vehicles
• Respond professionally to security incidents and emergency situations
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strict security standards
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and security procedures

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold valid Australian work rights
• Currently live in Kalgoorlie, WA
• Successfully pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• Be eligible to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) (company funded)
• Be reliable, professional, and available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
