Real Estate E&O Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate E&O Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the flexibility of 100% remote work from anywhere. Compensation Package
- Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to 120 claims, with a commitment to maintaining a low caseload for quality service delivery
- Handle claims related to Real Estate E&O, with 50-75% of the caseload being litigated
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate liability, and negotiate settlements
- Collaborate with attorneys, brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- 7-10 years of claims experience, with at least 2 years in professional liability (E&O, A&E, Lawyers Professional, EPL, Cyber, etc.)
- Strong understanding of real estate E&O claims; prior experience defending real estate agents is a significant advantage
- Background in either a carrier or third-party administrator (TPA) setting is acceptable
- Licensed adjuster preferred but not required (can work under the company license)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
