AnswerOne is seeking dependable and empathetic Call Center Agents to join our growing team! In this role, you will deliver courteous, polished, and top-tier service to callers across various industries, including healthcare practices, residential communities, and corporate clients. This is a 100% inbound position, so no sales, telemarketing, or cold calls. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training from day one to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.
Day-to-Day:
- Field incoming calls efficiently while maintaining a warm, positive, and supportive tone.
- Accurately document caller details, relay urgent messages, and transfer calls appropriately.
- Navigate our internal call software to address caller inquiry needs swiftly.
- Maintain consistency in meeting key performance and quality metrics.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish as we assist a diverse clientele by taking calls in both languages, providing seamless translation and interpretation whenever necessary.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a warm, professional manner.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (including accurate spelling and grammar).
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to type 35+ WPM.
- High reliability, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance.
- Flexibility to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) and assigned holidays (we are a 24/7/365 operation).
Pay: The base pay for this position is $16/hour, with an opportunity to earn a premium rate of $18.50/hour through flawless attendance. To qualify for the $18.50/hour rate, team members must demonstrate consistent punctuality at shift start, timely return from all breaks, and complete adherence to scheduled shift hours.
