We're looking for a compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Kilgore, Texas, and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing visits to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluate patient needs.
- Provide pain management, symptom control, and comfort-focused care.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families about medications, disease progression, comfort measures, and end-of-life care.
- Assist with admissions, routine visits, or urgent patient needs based on scheduling and qualifications.
- Coordinate medications, medical equipment, supplies, and other patient needs.
- Collaborate with RN Case Managers, LVNs, Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, and physicians.
- Complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.
- Previous nursing experience in hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred.
- Hospice nursing experience is a plus!
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional patient care.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout Kilgore and surrounding communities.
