Pay

$17.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
Historical bonus payouts have averaged approximately $11,000 annually.

Schedule:

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm (When there is OT, it is on Fridays)
Enjoy a consistent schedule with weekends off.

How You Will Contribute

• Set up and operate a variety of saws, rollers, and CNC equipment.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, cranes, and hoists.
• Follow production schedules and support changing priorities.
• Complete machine changeovers and basic equipment adjustments.
• Use production systems to track work and support workflow.Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support multiple manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes
• Reliable work history
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and move throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment
