Part-Time: 2–3 Days per Week | Full-Time Potential
Compensation: $40–$45 per Hour for Part-Time | $85,000–$110,000 Annually if Transitioning to Full-Time

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary pain-management team in Blue Springs, Missouri.
You’ll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions while collaborating with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and medical providers. This role combines direct patient care, image-guided procedures, patient education, and support of Medical Assistant staff. This opportunity is ideal for a PA who enjoys a collaborative clinical environment and wants to expand their skills in musculoskeletal and pain-management care. Training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their care.
- Perform joint, trigger point, tendon, sacroiliac, PRP, and peripheral nerve block injections within your scope of practice.
- Perform ultrasound- and C-arm-guided procedures.
- Review diagnostic imaging and use findings to guide treatment.
- Coordinate care with Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and medical providers.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
- Lead and support Medical Assistant staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Physician Assistant licenses in both Missouri and Kansas.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and follow established clinical protocols.
Preferred qualifications:
- Orthopedic or pain-management experience.
- Experience performing injections.
- Workers’ compensation experience.
- Procedure-specific training is available for candidates whose skills and experience align with the role.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Part-time compensation: $40–$45 per hour.
- Potential full-time compensation: $85,000–$110,000 annually.
