Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Work closely with our global team of engineers and product managers in the development of new functionality and tools for our software suite
Play a vital role in the development of custom projects for our clients
Understand business requirements and think of solutions in terms of not just the coding implementation, but also a solution that will best serve the driving need
Optimize and further enhance existing tech solutions and determine the next steps in the evolution
Work on the algorithmic solving of computational problems
Qualifications you need to have:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
Strong knowledge and practical experience with AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern Generative AI technologies
Strong understanding of AI/LLM infrastructure, including model serving, inference, APIs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI service integration
Experience with agentic AI systems and architecture, including tool use, function calling, agent workflows, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning
Strong Python programming skills, with proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and Pythonic code
Experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, and related tools
Good understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, distributed systems, and integration of AI capabilities into production applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and identify effective solutions
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Qualifications that will be considered:
Experience developing and integrating AI Assistants, Agentic AI systems, or LLM-based applications
Experience with RAG systems, information retrieval, embeddings, re-ranking, vector databases, and evaluation of LLM-based systems
Experience with AI infrastructure and deployment, including model serving, containers, cloud/on-premises environments, GPUs, and performance optimization
Background in C or C++ programming and experience integrating AI/ML components into C/C++ applications
Experience with NLP, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or LLM evaluation
Familiarity with Linux, networking, REST APIs, and distributed systems
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and production software development
