The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. As we continue to grow we are adding on to our current accounting department on our Inventory team.
This is an on-site position in NW Raleigh, Monday through Friday.

What we are looking for:
- Setting up floorplan payoff
- Stocking in all units purchased off the street and from auction/enterprise
- Paying all transportation bills
- Getting titles ready for auction for our locations
- Posting payments for wholesales
- Moving cars from TRAC/Rental to used car inventory
- Billing all wholesale deals
- Maintaining the 212 & 310 schedules
- Backup for dealer trades, intercompany trades, new car inventory, floorplan
- Promote a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- All other tasks/projects as assigned
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
- Previous automotive accounting and CDK experience (preferred)
- Supervisory or Team Lead skills with the ability to coach, train and give day-to-day direction and feedback
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
