Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of our Dynamics 365 Human Resources solution and support its use across Prodware countries.

 

In this role, you will work closely with HR teams, key users and other stakeholders across Prodware countries. You will coordinate changes and new requirements related to the platform, support users with requests and issues, and ensure that business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements for developers.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Dynamics 365 Human Resources solution and support its use across Prodware countries;
• Act as a key point of contact for countries regarding the platform and iCIMS (Talent Tracking System), coordinating related requests with the relevant teams when needed;
• Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements from HR teams and key users;
• Coordinate system changes, improvements and implementation of new functionalities;
• Organize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders regarding new requirements and changes;
• Handle and follow up on functional requests and tickets;
• Provide functional support and guidance to users across Prodware countries;
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured tasks for developers;
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation and testing;
• Coordinate testing and validation of implemented changes.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;
• Experience with HR systems, business applications or similar software;
• Good understanding of HR processes and technical concepts;
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear tasks for developers;
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
