- Partner with Legal, Operations, Technology, Finance, and In-Business Risk teams to credibly challenge compliance/regulatory issues and concerns.

- Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Six to ten years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related control function within a financial services firm, regulatory body, or legal or consulting organization.
- Prior exposure to Payment products such as commercial credit cards, ACH, instant payments, or similar domestic payment solutions.

- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, build cross-functional relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assess regulatory risk, interpret policy, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver to deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
