RETENTION AGENT – ENGLISH / NORDIC DESK

THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Retention Agents to join a high-performing English / Nordic Desk within the FX industry.

If you have a proven track record in client retention, upselling, reactivation and revenue generation, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career in Cyprus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
Retain and reactivate clients through proactive communication
Increase client deposits and trading activity
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Follow up consistently with assigned client portfolios
Meet and exceed individual revenue and retention targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and client activity
Work closely with Sales, KYC and other departments

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
Experience working with English-speaking and/or Nordic markets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
Target-driven and commercially minded
Confident working with high-value clients
Professional telephone and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
