A day in the life…
As an Industrial Performance Analyst (Temporary), you will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Continuous Improvement teams to build and enhance reporting solutions that provide meaningful insight into operational performance. This project-based role will help establish scalable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes that support data-driven decision making across our manufacturing network.
What you will be doing…
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Develop and standardize manufacturing and operational KPIs, including:
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Productivity and throughput
- Labor efficiency
- Waste and scrap performance
- Operational and Continuous Improvement metrics
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, DAX calculations, and data visualizations.
- Leverage SAP BW and SAP S/4HANA data sources to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Create executive-level dashboards and reporting packages that provide visibility into operational performance.
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and governance across analytics solutions.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop reporting documentation, KPI definitions, and user guides to support long-term sustainability.
- Train and support end users in the effective use of dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish best practices for operational reporting and performance management.
If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
- Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
- Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Do you have what it takes?
(Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Experience building data models and creating DAX measures.
- Experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to gather requirements and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.

(Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain organizations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, including OEE, productivity, labor efficiency, and waste reduction metrics.
- Experience integrating SAP data with Power BI reporting environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Experience developing executive dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and data governance best practices.
- Experience designing reporting frameworks and KPI governance processes.
