The EMEA Corporate Strategy Team is now looking for an intern starting in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months, to support the development and execution of Market Intelligence and Corporate Strategy through research, analysis, and strategic project management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The internship is structured around three main axes:
Market Intelligence:
1. Perform in-depth prestige beauty market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
2. Contribute to the strategic monitoring efforts by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market and competitor data.
Business Management:
1. Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth, profit and improve market position.
2. Evaluate financial data to identify areas for improvement and support the formulation of 'what-if' scenario-driven financial enhancement strategies.
Corporate Strategy:
1. Assist in the formulation and revision of the Regional strategic plan, ensuring alignment across Affiliates, Brands and Channels.
2. Engage in cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives that support the company's overall strategy.

2. Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable intelligence to management.
3. Participate in projecting the EMEA prestige beauty market to support the construction of the long-range plan and secure sustainable market share gains.
Business Management:
1. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and profit by Brands, Affiliates, Categories, Channels, and business development activities.
2. Perform scenario-based analysis to evaluate the financial implications of strategic actions, facilitating informed, data-driven decisions.
Strategy Development:
1. Participate in strategic planning, offering analytical support and insights to guide decision-making processes.
2. Assist in the management and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
EDUCATION:
1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business school, engineering school, or university.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
4. Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).
