YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Brand Manager Functionals RO will include (but not limited to):

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, relaunches, and promotional activities.
• Assist in implementing brand strategies across communication, media, and pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor brand performance and promotional effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to new product development and innovation projects through market and consumer analysis.
• Support budget tracking and management for assigned brand activities.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with brand objectives.

About You

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager Functionals RO with the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a similar commercial role
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Proactive and self-driven, constantly looking for opportunities rather than waiting for instructions
• Curious by nature, eager to understand consumers, business drivers, market trends, and what makes brands grow
• Independent, able to navigate ambiguity
• Collaborative, able to build strong relationships across functions
• Results-oriented, combining analytical thinking with execution excellence
• Experience supporting or leading brand, innovation, communication, or activation projects
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of business KPIs, basic skills of reporting
