Description
Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards!
Aya Healthcare is building the Aya Performance System, a practical approach to improving how work gets done across the company. APS brings together business process improvement, operational measurement, technology enablement, and change management to help teams solve meaningful business problems and sustain better outcomes.
We are seeking an APS Consultant to work closely with the APS Director and business leaders across Aya. The initial focus will be improving the processes that support Fulfillment, Sales, Recruiting, and client service—including how work moves between teams, how decisions are made, and how technology and operational workflows support business outcomes.
This person will help identify and define operational problems, facilitate discovery with frontline teams, map current- and future-state processes, evaluate solution options, and support implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, engaging directly with frontline employees and business leaders, translating complex problems into clear recommendations, and moving work from insight to action. Experience improving sales, recruiting, staffing, fulfillment, or client-support processes is especially valuable.
This is an initial temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a regular full-time position based on business needs, performance, and mutual fit. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 9 months.
