Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our teams at The Southwood , Southfork ,Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living, dynamic and innovative Senior Living Communities located in Winston-Salem & Mocksville, NC!
* Setting: Senior Living
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekend or Holidays!
*Hourly Rate: 44-50/hr

Qualifications
Job SummaryThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Licenses and CertificationsMust have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration Current valid CPR certification, preferred
QualificationsEducation: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programExperience: 0-1 years
Roles and Responsibilities• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.• Other duties as assigned.
