Business & Creative Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, creative, highly organised, and ambitious individual to join our growing group of companies.

This is not a role limited to posting on social media. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, manage clients, coordinate internal work, and contribute to business growth.

You will work closely with the management team across our companies and will play an important role in managing our digital presence, client relationships, projects, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content
• Manage and coordinate social media accounts across our group of companies and clients.
• Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, content calendars, and social media strategies.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and new ways to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and other team members to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on results.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.
• Client & Project Management
• Keep track of clients, ongoing projects, requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their requirements are followed up properly.
• Coordinate internally to make sure promised work is completed on time.
• Maintain organised records of client interactions, projects, tasks, and progress.
• Follow up on pending approvals, content, payments, meetings, and deliverables.
• Business Development
• Assist management with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Research potential clients, businesses, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, pitches, and business development materials.
• Help maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Contribute ideas that can generate new revenue opportunities for the group.
• Strategy & Operations
• Assist management in planning campaigns, projects, and business initiatives.
• Track ongoing work across different teams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Identify operational issues and proactively suggest solutions.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas rather than simply taking instructions.
• Help management stay organised and up to date with important tasks, opportunities, and deadlines.

• Qualifications & Experience
• A degree or formal qualification is not necessarily required if you can demonstrate the right skills and mindset.
• Previous experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Digital Marketing

• Marketing / Advertising
• Project Coordination
• Entrepreneurship or startup environments
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication, creativity, and business sense are also encouraged to apply.
