Position Overview
As a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in supporting our service operations by coordinating technician schedules, optimizing routes, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians
- Reviewing and optimizing daily service routes
- Answering inbound customer calls and providing exceptional service
- Accurately entering and maintaining service ticket information
- Creating dispatch numbers for ordered parts
- Tracking and following up on parts orders
- Scheduling appointments for parts installation and follow-up service
- Coordinating communication between customers, technicians, and management teams

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or office experience (dispatch experience preferred)
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to proactively plan and prioritize work rather than simply react to issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to learn dispatching, scheduling, and customer management software systems
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
