  • Ensure scope is sufficiently defined and ready to transition into build planning and delivery

  • Co-own identification of process improvement opportunities across in-flight and launched workstreams
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve speed, usability, governance, and data quality
  • Help shape future-state process designs that are scalable, practical, and aligned to business priorities
  • Support simplification and standardization of product master data processes across teams and regions

Stakeholder Engagement and Business Alignment

  • Work independently with cross-functional stakeholders to gather input, clarify needs, and align on requirements
  • Support business discussions related to process design, regional nuances, and rollout readiness
  • Communicate requirements, decisions, and process impacts clearly across business and delivery teams
  • Bring forward thoughtful recommendations and constructive challenges when opportunities for improvement are identified

Delivery Readiness Support

  • Support creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation
  • Support prioritization discussions by helping distinguish MVP scope from future enhancements
  • Provide support to delivery teammates when needed, including requirements clarification and feedback translation
  • Contribute to change management and training support activities where appropriate

Quality and Continuous Improvement

  • Help improve the speed and quality of the requirements-to-build cycle
  • Reduce defects and rework by strengthening requirements clarity and process definition
  • Support stronger backlog quality through structured requirements and cleaner handoffs into delivery
  • Contribute to a repeatable operating model for scaling product master data processes globally
