This is an opportunity to join the NASAMS Finance Team as a program business manager (M4) supporting a growing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) portfolio. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and insightful management analysis and recommendations that enable programs to execute according to cost and schedule baselines while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders. This role is contingent upon award of Egypt NASAMS UCA.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred at the Andover, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
- Provide financial oversight and support for program cost and control, proposals and estimating, financial planning and analysis, and budgets and planning
- Collaborate with program managers, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and other functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic, operational, and financial objectives
- Perform Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tasks and ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs)
- Utilize financial systems such as SAP, APEX, and AO or similar processes to manage program financials effectively
- Collect, analyze, and distribute information to support decision-making through various perspectives
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve program and financial success
- Support the development and execution of financial strategies to meet program objectives
- Communicate financial performance and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar processes
- Experience in financial planning and analysis concepts, systems, and processes
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience leading teams to successful outcomes in a collaborative environment
- Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience in collecting, synthesizing, and presenting information for decision-making
- Familiarity with DoD contract financing and billing processes
- Certification in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
