Job Description:
Our Finance team serves as the strategic backbone for the construction division, centralizing month-end closing processes and handling financial forecasting, including construction depreciation forecasting. We work closely with leadership to establish performance targets and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Join a dynamic team where your financial and leadership expertise directly influence business growth in the fastpaced construction industry while managing forecasting opportunities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Finance Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of settlement reporting, cost allocation processes, and project financial governance. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of analysts, ensure accuracy and consistency in cost reporting, and serve as the primary financial partner to Project Managers and cross functional leaders. You will set standards for DSD change integration, develop and refine indirect allocation methodologies, and drive process improvements that strengthen financial transparency across the organization.
You'll take ownership of the settlement management framework-overseeing reporting schedules, validating project modifications, ensuring accurate indirect percentages, and providing actionable insights that support key business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, structure, and optimizing financial processes in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Exposure to forecasting, reporting, month-end close, or financial planning processes
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems
- Interest in capital projects, construction finance, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
