Why Consider McArthur, CA?

McArthur sits in the heart of the Fall River Valley in far Northern California, a quiet, close-knit community known for some of the best fly fishing in the country on the Fall River, easy access to Lassen Volcanic National Park, Burney Falls, and Mt. Shasta, and year-round outdoor recreation including hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing. It’s a true change of pace from city life — a lower cost of living, wide-open scenery, and a slower, small-town rhythm — while still offering the chance to build a long-term clinical career and eventual ownership stake in a thriving practice.
